My installer was Freddy. He replaced my garage door opener without issue. He came out despite below freezing temperatures, was professional, and worked efficiently, completing the job in less time than quoted.
The price was right for what we were looking for. They supplied the best/longest warranty out of the other 4 companies we were considering. My contact was Will. He's pretty friendly. I was a bit shocked they only send 1 guy to install a garage door. The installer named Chris was nice, however he seemed very rushed to get to his next job. He handed me the bill so I could write the check & it was $120 more than what I signed the contract for. It was a mistake & I did get a refund check.
