Called Garage Door Fixer this morning around 9. They were out here within 2 1/12 hours and had fixed the door within another 30 minutes. Friendly, professional, FAST.
It's all about honesty. And those guys will be honest with you. My garage door bent and I called somebody who told me we would have to pay $1,100 to get it replaced. I refused to pay that much and decided to look online a little more. I found reviews on The Garage Door Fixer and decided to give them a call. They came immediately, did the job in less than 30 minutes, and charged me less than $200 bucks. That's the kind of business I want to count on.
After one of the springs on my 18-year-old garage door snapped in two, I called Garage Door Fixer for a quote on price and timing. After a two-minute conversation, it was clear to me that I needed to hire them for the job. They came out the same day that I called, charged a very reasonable price, and finished the job in less than an hour. On top of it all, these guys are a pleasure to deal with. They also set me straight on why I shouldn't use WD-40 on the hinges... Will definitely call them next time i have a problem.
David is Awesome. He is on time and the installation was perfect. He completely cleaned up the job site and is rated A+++ in my book !
