Came when they indicated they would. Technician did a good job of explaining what the problem was with our garage door and fixed it while he was here on site. Price was reasonable and we were very pleased with their work. This is the second time we have used them in the past four years, and have been pleased with them both times. Definitely recommend them.
I called and they arrived that afternoon and had my garage door fixed within an hour. VERY professional and knowledgeable. CALL these guys if you're having garage door trouble. I learned that they also do other jobs, like siding, gutters, asphalt, etc. I was so happy to have my garage back, and the door working better than ever. Also - the bill was surprisingly affordable. When our garage door opener gave out, we called The Garage Door Fixer. They set an appointment for the same day!! They called 10 minutes BEFORE they were scheduled to meet us to make sure we were there. Within an hour of our appointment time, they had installed the new (Very Quiet!) door opener, adjusted the springs, lubed all the door track, and were cleaned up and ready to leave! Excellent Service!!!
Very happy with our service! Great customer service. Dave was respectful about our time, and let us know when he would be there. Once he got here, the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely use Garage Door Fixer again for my garage door or other repair needs!

Had them out yesterday to fix my garage door that I had been trying to save money and fix myself but had no luck. They arrived exactly on time and had the door working like new again in 10 minutes, and were the cheapest service call around! Good job! Will do business again, but hopefully that won't be needed for a long long time!!
Exceptional service!! Placed a call this morning at 8:00am and had my door fixed by noon. Not only did they fix my door, but they also gave me tips on semi-annual maintenance that will help keep my door in working order. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
