Garage Door Experts are exactly that. They came out the day after I made the call and the tech swapped out the springs and installed the new opener in under an hour and a half. He was able to answer several questions with a lot of background knowledge. I'm an engineer so usually curious to learn more about my house systems, etc. Overall great experience!
Mike is a super guy to do business with. He is always on time and sometimes even earlier than he says. He goes to work as soon as he gets to my house. He is friendly and I ask him about his daughters. He makes you feel like you are family. I enjoy having him work on my garage door. He knows his job and knows it well.
