I discovered that my garage door would not open at 10 AM. I called GDE of Cincy at that time as was told that they could be out between 12 - 2 PM that same day. Keith was there at 11:55 AM and was gone by 12:15 PM. He left me with a fully functioning garage door opener and made sure that there were no other issues before he went. The price was VERY reasonable and I was grateful to have had such professional and prompt service so I could get on with my day. I would definitely use again and will refer to friends and family.
