Both individuals I spoke with (Rachel, handling my initial call, and Keith, the service technician) were very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Keith both explained his initial assessment of the problem, expected work to be done, and then a detailed explanation of the work actually done after finishing the job. He was very pleasant to work with.
