Damian Robinson was my technician. He was on time and very professional. He spent several hours getting the door back on track and replacing necessary parts in hopes of getting it to work. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was inching closer to the cost of a new door so we decided to replace it. The garage doors are 20 years old so it was expected that they would eventually stop working.
