Robert was outstanding. On time and ready to go first thing this morning. Gave us a detailed report on what was wrong with the door and a number of options with our budget. I recently had my garage door repaired by Garage Door Doctor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Jorge Contreras did an outstanding job from start to finish, especially considering the work was completed on a Saturday (the same day I call them) He replaced the warped rails, springs, bars, and four rollers, retightened the cables, and thoroughly inspected the entire system to ensure everything was operating safely and smoothly. Damian Robinson was my technician. He was on time and very professional. He spent several hours getting the door back on track and replacing necessary parts in hopes of getting it to work. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was inching closer to the cost of a new door so we decided to replace it. The garage doors are 20 years old so it was expected that they would eventually stop working.
