The overall experience es wonderful. The house looks amazing.
We got our roof replaced by Garabar, very Professional Service, came well recommended by our HOA and they lived up to their reputation. Job was done flawlessly, always made sure to clean up the driveway each day before leaving. Kept us well informed on the progress. Would highly recommend them. Quote was very competitive. Due to material and resource constraints, the whole replacement job took over 8 months - which worked out well as the payments were phased out. All work comes with a 10 yr warranty.
My insurance company is making me replace my roof or they will drop us. So I have gotten estimates from at least 10 different roofing companies all of which send their salesperson to the house for an hour or two to explain their process. I have to say Austin was the best and most honest one we dealt with. The only issue was that Garabar does not offer any financing options. Garabar was professional from start to finish and delivered a quality product for a fair price. Brian and Jessica were great to deal with making sure the sales and customer service was handled with top notch professionalism. Love our new roof!
