Don’t use this contractor if you don’t want to have accident or got electrocuted. The wires behind the pool lights are not sealed properly,.it is exposed under the water, and how dangerous it can be? We used them to build our swimming pool and spa and completed on Sept 2023. 2 years later we started having so much problems with the pool, it is leaking and most major equipments are broken. You can see from the pictures the equipments installation were also messy and leaking water. We ended up changing them that costs us $6500... read more

We used GAR builders to install the pool in November 2022, at first everything goes well. It finally finished on October 2023, but we started facing issues with the pool light. Exactly a year later the light doesn’t want to turn off and now it started to peels. We contacted Phil, and he took care of it and got it replaced, now we have a brand new light. Thank you Phil.

Finding a contractor to replace the roof on my home was so challenging until I spoke with Phil at GAR Builders and his team. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and honest and his team walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made communication via calls and texts easy. It took about 3-4 days from start to finish and I couldn't be happier. My new roof looks beautiful.
