I love the Gap. I grew up wearing Gap when Gap was trending hard in the 80s. Not so much these days with my daughter's generation but we've had a good find or two on occasion. What I don't appreciate is the service and shopping conditions these days, especially at South Park Mall - they evidently scrape the bottom of the barrel on retail clerks there. We visited today and 1. the store is a complete mess once you walk beyond the registers. There were even dirty tissues in one of only two available dressing rooms bc the other ... read more

Had a terrible experience in this store! I was shopping on the GapKids side of the store and found items in the clearance section. There were huge signs above the clearance racks on both the little girls and little boys side that said "take an extra 40% off markdown price". When I get to the register, the cashier and Assistant Manager Jasmine refused to honor the 40% off markdown percentage and I was told "its now 20% off the markdown price, not 40%". Return policy is terrible. Bought something online and they wouldn’t accept it in store. They sent us back and forth between online and in store and by the time we could get it figured out they told us it was past the 30 days and wouldn’t accept it even for store credit.
