Staff was very friendly and helpful
I had an appointment to have the biopsy of what I'm certain is basal cell on my face. I've had a lot of this. Also, to freeze some actinic keratosis spots. Stacy Brandt, the woman who came to do the work, treated me as horribly I think that a human could treat another human. It was quite the shock. I'm used to coming to this place and just normal people doing their job and everything is okay. This woman was dismissive, rude, and unempathetic. Just mean.
