Dr. Gans is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I took my 2 and 4 year old there. He was beyond patient and took his time to make sure they were comfortable.
He refused to fashion a temporary crown to save himself $6.00 after he took impression for the permanent crown and destroyed my tooth ("reduction) so the crown would fit. Years earlier his female assistant, may have been his wife, recememted a temporary crown on another tooth that they didn't properly affix 48 hours earlier. She had the nerve to charge my insurance $70.00 when it was a correction of their poor work. She didn't say two words to me. Positive staff and needed emergency tooth problems. Office staff scheduled me right away, generous and helpful!
The office told me the wrong appointment time, put the wrong phone number in their file, then turned me away when I showed up “15 minutes late,” which I thought was on-time. Will not be scheduling here again.
