Tony came out and did a prompt evaluation of why my furnace would not cycle. I had water from condensation entering my blower motor causes a pressure switch to activate. Got everything cleaned up and back in action. Very professional and friendly service. Don't hesitate to contact Gann for trusted service.
Got a notification from the Nest at the cottage . Long story short heat went out and it is coooolld. Pipes might freeze. Drive down to Michigan Shores to investigate and my MIL gave me contact for Gann she had used before. This semi emergency they sent out a tech Tony literally right away and problem was fixed within a couple hours at very reasonable rate. Problem was idiot me needs to change filter
Tony came out shortly after I called with out furnace not working, he identified the problem and fixed it within an hour! He is an excellent communicator and excellent technician. I highly recommend.
Showed up on time looked at the job explaining the problem had the parts on his vehicle and fixed the problem. He wore footies inside the homes and Cleaned up after he finished the work. Everything went well and I am pleased the heat is working now just fine . 5 stars review
Just had Tony here to fix an issue with our furnace not working. Excellent service from start, to finish! He knew immediately what the problem was, and didn’t try to talk us into something that wasn’t needed. Gann Mechanical contacted me immediately after leaving a message, was promptly here when they said they would be, and took care of the problem quickly! Very much appreciated during this cold weather!!!
