The worst service department around!!! They are not willing to work with Subaru the company and the customer! To top it off, they tried charging me $39.95 for a battery check, which I was told on the phone was free! Plus they wouldn't listen to me when I told them I wanted an explanation on why my 3 year old car battery is drained! Not only am I taking all my buisness elsewhere but I am taking it to another Subaru dealership!!
The staff was amazing! So friendly and time efficient. They made car buying painless and haggle free. Gave me a great trade in value as well as a great deal on my new car. They got the exact car I wanted and had me in and out in no time! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Ganley Westside Imports. I am very proud to wearing their license plate logo on my NEW CAR!
This dealership is top notch! From moment one I felt at home and that never changed throughout the entire buying process. I couldn't be happier with my new Passat and would recommend it, as well as Ganley Volkswagen, to all my friends and family! Thanks again!
