Literally wouldn't even give them a star if it was an option. We purchased a BRAND NEW 2015 Jeep Cherokee and had problems with it soon after pulling off the lot. Management wanted no part of really fixing the issue and actually chuckled saying "we would never be able to document enough to pursue the lemon law". We had to bring the car in a handful of times and half the time they would claim nothing wrong then a week later we would return and what do you know, there was issues!! The staff in the service department was so helpful and professional. I needed a small screw for my wrangler top. Adventure wanted to charge me $45 for the entire assembly. My friend told me about ganley and I went there. Not only did they have the screw I needed, they didn't even charge me for it. They'll get all my business from now on. Thank you guys!!!
Matt the salesman that helped me into my car really knew his stuff! Got me into a brand new 2015 Chrysler 200S and I love it and I got it for a great price! He also got me out of a really bad deal on my last car with the help of his finance department! Wouldnt recommend going anywhere else!
