Turned in my Terrain (end of lease)..called ahead to let them know I was coming..when the morning sales meeting ended, they all completely ignored Me, including the salesman I had been working with..had to walk up to the front desk and ASK for help..see, I had the nerve to lease a non-GM vehicle..I truly believe if I had been dying of thirst, no one would have offered me a glass of water.
