Horrible customer service ! Horrible lack of communication! I understand my situation was not the best, but no communication from sales person until after 3 or 4 emails or texts only to say he is waiting to hear from other banks.. and then .. nothing.. no call, text, or email until I reached out to him. Then when I sent an email on how disappointed I was I received no response no nothing !!
Will never shop here again. Highly recommend taking your purchases else where.
