I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency in this office. She applied liquid nitrogen to just one keratose and I was charged $205.42 for that, more than for the office visit. I was not informed that applying liquid nitrogen on the keratose (less than one second), was not included in my visit. Their billing department informed me, after I called to inquire about the charges, that the charges are the same for up to 14 keratoses. I have plenty of keratoses in my back. Why, if I was
I called this practice and explained that I was hoping to find a new dermatologist in the area, as well as expressed interest in trying a couple cosmetic procedures for the first time. The girl who answered the phone was rude, short with me, and made me feel stupid for even asking if neck filler was something they offer. She went on to say "neck filler isn't approved!" and hung up without offering me an appointment. I'm shocked they'd treat a potential patient this way.
There are front office scheduling problems. I was "reminded" about an appointment I didn't have and the reminded of one that had been rescheduled. It seems different people are doing the scheduling who are not adequately communicating with each other or updating their records.
I have been going to the Wixom location(staff is very friendly and office is very clean) since they opened and Dr. Rodina is awesome and takes her time to explain what procedures and medicines are best for acne, with also recommending different treatments that would also work if you are not happy with the treatment she has you on now. Since the Wixom location is new, you do have to go get any hydrofacials or chemical peels at the Ann Arbor location. I had my first visit at the Ann Arbor locatio
