I went in for an annual skin check. All the staff, the receptionist whose name I didn't catch, the medical assistant Shelby and Dr. Angela Ferrell, were courteous, professional and efficient. I left very confident that they had addressed my concerns and that I am all set for another year. I have considered finding someone closer to my home or work as this is a bit of a drive, but I don't think that I would be as confident in my treatment, so I take the drive every year.
