Dr. Ragi and associates are amazing! They have taken care of my family and I for over 20 years and we have had nothing but the best quality of medical care at each and every appointment. Dr. Ragi is a kind, caring, and compassionate individual who cares more about patients than what goes in his pocket. He leads a staff of doctors and interns at a new state-of-the-art facility with adequate parking.
He did not explain what he was going to do. He just started squeezing blackheads. That was not what I came in for. He then handed me 2 prescriptions with no instructions as to what they were addressing or how they should be applied. He may be an okay doctor, but his communication skills & regard for patient's need for explanations is severely lacking!! I will never go back there again.
Dr. Ragi and his staff were extremely helpful, professional, empathetic, and kind during my three months of skin treatment. Kate, the nurse practitioner who saw me on all my visits, was fantastic, and she was always incredibly careful to minimize any pain. Kate, Dr. Ragi, and the staff all took the time to get to know me. Dr. Ragi's practice is a very special place, and I'm very lucky to have been treated there.
Dr. Ragi is a true professional, who has taken superb care not only of me (with an issue two previous dermatologists have failed me!), but also both of my parents -- long time loyal patients, of several different skin ailments, including his specialty of Mohs surgery. Dr. Ragi has shown great knowledge, combined with patience, and care, as does his wonderful staff! From our experiences, his diagnosis is always right on, and his plan of treatment solves the problem! A most recommended expert Dr.!
