I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and Dr Bao has been extremely helpful.. He is a very caring listener and it is really important to him that you are able to sleep safely.
I recently moved to this area and had to start from scratch with my entire care team. I was referred by a very caring doctor whose practice I was fairly new to. My referral to Dr. Bao probably saved my life. He took his time combing through my entire medical history, and was able to diagnose me with a condition that I had very little knowledge about. We love Dr Bao. He can seem abrupt and English may not be his first language, but he really cares about his patients and knows a lot about sleep apnea. My husband has done very well with his excellent treatment and we highly recommend him.

Only after completing everything and paid in full they came to deliver the sleep machine only to find out they will want to charge me $1500 Since I didn't go ahead with treatment they posted a balance and report
The doctor's office after several discussions said there would be no cost and it would be covered by my insurance. In fact I called my insurance on a conversation with the doctor's office and my insurance and they assured me. I completed the initial treatment paid in full and when they came to deliver the machine I was asked to pay $1500 and I refused. That in a retaliatory effort I was then charged $10 And then placed on a credit reporting agencyI will be writing a letter to the medical board
