This is a strange review because I don't quite know how to feel about it. I arrived at 2pm for my 2:15 appointment. It is now 2:48 and I'm still in the waiting room. I cane here based off other reviews and I found that Dr Dervi is 100% the best and her nurses are very caring... so I'll give them that.. but here's some things I've noticed ... Masks are required....only for some.... and coincidently Hispanic and Caucasian patients are given masks at the sign in... The parking is a nightmare. Littered with angled cars not In sp... read more
On the first visit they were very kind, answered promptly and scheduled me immediately. However since. That initial visit I have now been trying for over 3 weeks to get the proper script sent. To JFK for a simple mammogram and the staff have repeatedly lied to me saying it's been sent which is has not and I am routinely kept on hold for over 10 min for them to either disconnect or tell me that they don't have access to that info and they'll have too call me back. I was happy to see Dr Ganesh is still around. He delivered all 3 of my kids . I've been going to him for 27 yrs. He is absolutely the best. I never felt uncomfortable with his bedside manner. He makes you feel like family.
Dr. Dervi is the best she is so nice, loving, and sweet and always willing to help you with anything. Dr. Ganesh is the man he gives you so much knowledge. The office staff is very professional and nice.
