Waited at the gun counter for a good 20 - 30 minutes with at least 6 employees behind the counter, never once greeted/acknowledged or asked if we needed assistance. We eventually stumbled upon the machine to take a number, then waited at least 10 -15 more minutes before actually being served. We then had to wait some more for all the paperwork to be completed. This is the absolute worst sporting goods store in Knoxville. The customer service is the worst I've seen in a retailer. The level of incompetence and idiocy exhibited here is astounding.
Terrible customer service. They were very rude and not willing to help!
