Highly over priced. Including clearance! We did have good service at the register. I went online on my cell phone to E-Bates , other stores popped up that were cheaper by at least 40 to 60% . We bought t-shirts for a few fam members for Christmas. At 21.00? Ouch. Mine was on clearance and was still 14.00? Ammo is higher as well. Only had one guy approach us while looking for Smith and Wesson t's.. we had just found them , but he was courteous!
� I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've been in line for over an hour and not even spoke to anyone that works here. Talked to a number of people that left and took business elsewhere. Might be following them out the door myself.
Like the store but not the fact that on a Christmas shopping weekend only two checkers and a 30 minute line wait to check out of the store. Not good planning by Mgt.
There are a few things that could be done to improve. First, things are generally overpriced, especially firearms. Looked at several recently that were priced higher than MSRP. Ammo selection is fair but it and other shooting accessories are organized in a way that makes no sense. I believe they redesigned the layout several years ago. It was much better before. We love Gander Mountain. They have a great selection no matter what you are looking for. Wish they had one closer to home ( Northern Kentucky) hint hint❣Much better than Cabelas or Bass Pro. We stop every time we drive through Georgia or Tennessee.
I hate bait and switch!!!! Went in for a Remington kennel, RuffMaxx under the Remington sign...with the Remington price tag! I needed a new kennel for a foster dog that matched the REMINGTON I already had...they look alike except the top is not as strong, and the door was off and did not close right. Off brand product for a name brand price.....really ???? Your staff keep the party line and you should be proud. I still don't like buying a lesser product for the name brand price!!!!
Went in today to purchase a gun, was approached immediately by a man named Randy behind the counter. Nothing but good things to say about our experience, he was very helpful, very nice, had excellent customer service. Will definitely be back. Thanks again Randy!
