I do not live in Knoxville and probably look a little rough from hunting all morning. I went in the store to get a few items for turkey hunting. Store "security" I guess is who this guy was bird dogged me all the way to the cash register and stood behind me in line. "Ed" was his name I believe. Spent $50 in there. Won't do it again. Comical in a sense...but none the less ridiculous.
The worst customer service I have ever delt with. I stood at the archery counter for over 30 minutes while several employees walked around and not one asked if I needed help. I will not be back.
Most everything there I could buy somewhere else for half the price even their clearance items! Other than things being way over priced I have no complaint.
The customer service was terrible. Sales staff poorly trained. Took them 20 minutes to find salesman to help me. Item was a stock item and they wanted to charge me $80 freight. Couldn't tell if it was going to be in stock order on Wednesday shipment. I left feeling like they cared nothing about getting my business .
Insane prices and impossible to get anyone at the gun counter to even give you the time of day (even after pulling a number).
Terrible customer service!! Employees including managers are clueless and never update their website. Never shopping here again!!
