Honorable communication. English is their 2nd language. So there was a huge language barrier. Lots of miscommunication. I've met 5 workers and only 2 or3 of them were good with communication. The Icc team was good. I wasn't happy with the IHT team. I felt like I wasn't being heard. I ended up switching to another company for IHT services.
The staff is HORRIBLE !! ITS KIDS RUNNING KIDS !! I believe the women whom does the therapeutic part Michelle is the only one who knows what there doing . I couldn't believe hearing how staff talked to my child ( not going by what my child said ) by hearing it !! The most unprofessional staff on behalf especially of some of the women & let me tell you they are a tight knit family who all lie for each other !!
