Reading some of the other reviews- I must say that I heartily agree...we stood at the door for at least 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged...it was NOT busy and there were several booths open. When we were finally seated, we waited even longer for drinks- my husband ordered a "dinner sized spinach salad" for $9.99- it was served in a side salad bowl and had a few sprinklings of bacon stuff. Everytime I go there the food is great and the people are friendly. I would recommend that everyone try this restaurant if you are looking for a good meal and some great conversation!
Awesome new place in town! Try the boxtie or the chili! The staff is so friendly.
It is so wonderful to have another restaurant back in Valley City. Knowing that a local Valley City couple owns it makes it even better knowing we are supporting them. The food was amazing and huge portions when it came to the potato pancakes with salmon! Delicious!
Great food (have tried everything seafood or veggie on the menu), great people, owners Sean (or shawn or shaun which spelling is it?) And Michelle are wonderfully friendly and bartenders Kelly and Jenny are wonderful! Couldnt ask for a better atmosphere or food or people. Im no food critic but i have nothing bad to say.

Went there to check it out last night. Not impressed. Won't go back. Over-priced beer: $10 for a 16 Oz Labatt draft & a bottle of Great Lakes Conways. Really!? Finally got seated & ordered the cornbread for an appetizer. It arrived cold with a chunk of rock hard butter on it. Sent it back to the kitchen. I ordered the boxties with corned beef.
