I had a problem with my bifocals and she would not fix it. She obviously did my test wrong for it to be blurry. I only had my glasses for a couple weeks. I was told that I would have to pay $110 for another exam. I have never had an eye doctor that refuse to correct their work. This is very unprofessional.
The office call taker tried to diagnose eye conditions over the phone and ended the conversation by refusing to set up an appointment based on their assessment. Will not be back.

Dr. Gamez is hands-down the friendliest optometrist I've ever worked with. No disrespect to my childhood OD, but she was so nice and personable, and having worked for a nightmare of a eye doctor, I appreciated her demeanor. She listens to you, and lets you participate in your treatment, where appropriate, so that you are informed and aware of everything that is going on with your vision.
