The owner Gil and his staff at Gamestor are AWESOME:-) His employees were able to answer all my questions in regards to PS3 games that I would enjoy and games that were safe enough for my 4yr old son to play. As a new gamer I was definitely impressed w/ their knowledge and superior customer service. They obviously know what they're talking about and how to treat their customers:-)

Where I'm from all we really have are Gamestops and not much else, so me andmy dad try to find nice places to find some new places to go. Being almost 15 I very much enjoy finding older games as they are much more fun to me. It does suck that alot of places dont offer older NES SNES and Genisis games, but if they do the stores are typically above average with helpful employees and good prices. Then you're not really gaming !!! Gil and his staff provide top quality sales and service far above any other placed I've shopped. They are honest and fair and have always treated me like I am important. First name basis ?? You bet !!! And always a smile and a handshake....That kind of stuff goes a long way with me. Gil is like the nicest business owner ever and they stand behind everything they do. I will never go anywhere else for my gaming needs.....Ever !!!! Give Gamestor a shot...You will not be disappointed.

So me and my husband love games and we come here to buy them. They treat him so great. They are friendly and know him by name. They sometimes give him discount for being such a frequent flyer. They give honest opinions on the games he is interested in. They also have a place for him to try out the games before he buys them. He talks about how he wished he could work here but thinks they might only hire family. they have great competitive prices and a vast amount of games to choose from. So i am a huge gamer here in bakersfield, Ca. I've been to every store that is and was open and Gamestor is by far the best there has ever been in this town. I frequently visit this establishment and they have some of the best prices I have seen while in a store. Their customer service is top notch and they have always gone out of their way to help with any and all questions I have. Today my old 60gb Playstation 3 decided to burn itself up. reggie1 is a complete joke! All of their tournaments use MLG style rules. It's widely know set of rules that the gaming community follows. Your just mad because your bad at the game you got beat at. You're probably one of those "I'm the best in my neighborhood" type. Man up and stop QQ'ing

well firts of all i went to a tournament there and they had there own empoyee's (who made the rules for the tournament participate) but i decided to give them another try big mistake i bought a game there for $45 dollars and IT DIDNT WORK so i brought it back with my reciept and they cant refund me or even get me another game i will never go there again
