They didn’t just help me during the visit—they followed up after too. Special thanks to Shauna, who checked in on me in a way that felt supportive, not pushy. All the brochure talk and website hype? From beginning to end, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Chris answered all of my questions and gave additional advice on exercise, especially resistance training but also talked about why that is so important. Made sure I knew what possible side effects to watch for and what to do should I have any issues. Felt very comfortable with everyone and feel I am in the right place to help me with my weight loss goals.
