I've put off joining a gym for years because I never found one that felt right for me. I didn't want to deal with salespeople or pay for a giant club full of amenities I wasn't going to use. I just wanted a place where I could learn to lift weights safely and effectively, and be around regular people. Not influencers. Back in LA and was able to set up getting back into the GTS westchester location. Love the system of online rsvp and fob entry. Love the ability to get at it 4/5 am.

I hadn’t lifted a weight in about 25 years. I always wanted to start again, but every time I walked into a big gym, I felt overwhelmed by all the machines. Smaller gyms with all the dumbbells and free weights looked just as intimidating. I worried about hurting my back or aggravating my aging knees. Love this gym! I’ve been using the Westchester location as well as the El Segundo gym. Both are fantastic. Almost through my first month and already my favorite of all gyms I’ve ever had a membership at. So easy to get on any equipment I need, so no waiting. The coaches/staff have been super helpful and are easy to get a hold of with any questions. I love the self service system…book a workout time slot online, let yourself in and work out! Incredible.

Had my first open gym session today and it was great. First of all, everyone was super friendly and accommodating when I came in to tour the gym and sign up. They’re really flexible and hooked me up with a 2 week pass because I’m visiting. The two gyms have excellent equipment. From barbells to machines, any serious gym goer can find what they need. Everyone takes care of the equipments and space. No crowds is also a huge plus. I’m also partial to gyms that have hack squats and this one has two! I could not recommend this gy... read more
