I have been training at GTS since March. I train here once a week to augment my martial arts training (BJJ, boxing). My boyfriend has been training here for years and loves it. I've seen the results of his hard work over the years - he credits it to the great programming that Jason and the team built for him. Went to GTS LA branch this morning for my Hyrox training. Nice branch with a good set of equipment. The sight of power racks nicely lined up is so beautiful. Love their sled and turf. I needed it for my training! The body doesn’t know if the training is done here in LA, in Singapore or in Penang. A sled is sled, the body either push it or pull. Just get it done!
