The best Italian food and drinks we've ever experienced!! Fabulous, attentive service too. We'll be back often, while visiting Fairbanks!!
Gmbardellas did an outstanding job on our catering. We had a buffet with ravioli, lasagne, and penne with marinara. We went from 40 to 60 people the week of the event and they handled it wonderfully! We opted to pick up our order to save a little money, and they worked with us to ensure our food was hot and tasty. Thanks so much, now I'll have to come to the restaurant with my husband soon.

Seven of agree that this is one if the Best Italian restaurants we've ever been in ... Mel Stokes and I agree ....one great restaurant...
Requested what the specialties of the restaurant were and went with gnocchi and Cajun seafood pasta as they were highly recommended. Gnocchi was above average but seafood pasta was lacking. Was supposed to be a cream sauce and what was received was seafood with plain noodles. If the gnocchi wasn't good I would give 1 or 0 stars. Growing up with real Italian food I am not impressed for the price. Service was adequate. Again not even close to real Italian based on this first visit.
This place sucks. Not ordering here ever again. We had to call you 3 times to get our order right. Waited 3 hours for our food and it was terrible. Poor service. Get it together!!!
