It’s not Gambardella’s any more, it’s a sports bar. Very disappointed.
Food was not good at all, service was very slow and not a place I’ll ever go back or recommend.
RecommendedWe've moved from Fairbanks, but returned for the holidays. We hadn't been to Gambardella's in a few years. While the quality of the food and service was good, we missed the Italian music playing, table cloths, the ante-pasta. The new bar looks nice, but the bar music was way too loud.
Took my wife here this evening for our 12th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing, and our waitress Corina was one of the best I have ever met! Very personable and was there for all of our needs! At one point she even held our 13 week old daughter so we could both enjoy our meal!!! I highly recommend this restaurant! Great experience. Made our anniversary that much more memorable. Thank you!!!

Spent a rainy evening in Fairbanks, AK after a very, very long trip. Needed something what for dinner after all that airport food during layovers. Gambardella’s was across the parking lot from the hotel so we gave it a try. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my daughter ordered the sautéed spinach and chicken. We weren’t disappointed. The sauce was good, the pasta al dente, and the bread was hot.
