Galway Veterinary Hospital are uncaring and heartless, I called several times for help for my furbaby only to be told they won't help him asap as I told them I didn't think he would make it through the night. I begged and pleaded for help as I was telling my baby I was getting him help and he will be ok, within 3 hrs of 1of many calls for help and waiting for a return call my furbaby passed. Why is it that a friend of mine called to get help and she was told that you couldn't see her fur baby? Then you told her you would call her back and you didn't. Her fur baby died. If you are serving people's pets then help them when they need you. I'm very disappointed in the way my friend was treated. I would not give this hospital a second thought. Look elsewhere.
We boarded our pup at GVH last weekend for 4 days. Our lil guy has pretty severe separation anxiety and I'm very impressed with the customized care that the staff provided him. I would recommend their boarding to anyone!

The Best staff & one greatest and hard working Doctor
We are so fortunate to have Dr. Smith in our area, he has done a superb job in caring for our 3 four legged family members. I say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care and compassion you and your staff provide.
Love them!!! I have never felt like more of a family member. They are very caring and treat you and your pet like you are someone important.
