Very upset about the response I received with an emergency situation. I stressed that my cat needed to be seen that day I was told to wait 24 hours for an appointment, the result was that my cat died.
Dr Smith took care of our King Charles Spaniel " Spencer Elliot" for his whole life . Spencie LOVED HIM AND HIS WHOLE STAFF. We wouldn't have trusted anyone else with his care. He was gentle and kind and compassinate to the very end .. one year and a half ago... We will be forever grateful to Dr. Smith and his staff
my pup had surgery here not too long ago, and they took very good care of her and kept us updated every step of the way! she will be back for another surgery soon and i have no worries that she will get the tender loving care she did the first time!
