Horrible service, I went in for some X-Rays and was told the machine was old and needed till the end of the day to finish developing, they said they would call by the end of the day, they did not, I called back the next morning and they told me the doctor was extremely busy but after the next patient they would call me, I waited 2 hours, no call. I waited longer, and called back and I got the same answer again. I simply asked for my money back or the xrays so I could take them elsewhere, they gave me them but the doctor neve... read more

Such a wonderful staff and so nice to everyone even when you’re not in the best of moods
In November 2018 I had injections in my knee. I have waited until now to rate because I wanted to see how well it worked. I am happy to say it is working well. I had been walking poorly for a couple of years and the injections have helped the bone pain by keeping them from rubbing. It isolated the muscle pain so I’m working on that now. Dr. D and his staff are caring and wonderful. Thanks guys.
I had a procedure on my knee yesterday and am positive, in time, it will be wonderful! I want to say to all the employees and Dr. Chad how impressed at how welcome they made me feel. There are not a lot of places where everyone to the number are friendly and helpful, but this is the place! Thank you all for my stay!

I had some facial treatment yesterday by the Nurse Practitioner at GPM. The preparation prior to treatment and the treatment itself was pain free and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I have had previous facial care with several providers and it was so very painful. If you are considering any facial rejuvenation, I highly recommend you visit her at Galveston Physical Medicine. She also offers these services in the Webster office on Highway 3.
