I have had excellent service from this department since the day I started using them I recall when my dad told me how great you all were. No complaints. Keep up the good job. Give the garbage men a break and read the proper procedures. Almost all situations will be addressed on the paper inside the water bill. Many of these workers step up and go beyond what is expected, but gosh they are not superman.

They leave my trash cans backed up against the fence with the lids open, so they collect rainwater. I’m elderly and disable I use a cane. I tried to empty one and couldn’t. Called the city and nothing was done. It’s been weeks. I pay my bills. Please help!
