Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? For part of the time Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? Sort of, my pet seemed more anxious here than other places we've been Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.The office was easy enough to find but parking is a problem.. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. The Vet can be very moody at times.
