RecommendedThey’re pretty good at makin it a seamless experience.
Great friendly service, quick maintenance repairs, connecting to skyway, great views. Only negative is outside at Mears Park. Summer has problems of drug dealing, panhandling and over taken most evenings by about 30+ homeless people. But great access to bus line, light rail and great restaurants & bars.
When I moved in 15 months ago I would have given a 5 but I no longer can. I have a beautiful apartment...BUT... Smoking is a problem outside with cigarette butts littering the front almost daily and cigarette smell on my floor 2-3 nights a week. I've complained pretty consistently for several months but have been told they can't do anything unless I can report the apartment. Also a problem is the laundry room. Moved in July 4th 2017 so far love it the views indescribable the evening pool time ��
The Galtier team definitely deserves 5 stars! You all rock it over there and take care of our residents so well, go Bigos!
