I have been attending classes since opening day and have found the workout more challenging!!! love it. That is what we pay for by joining this wonderful place
I've been there as a patient for about 4 years the staff is friendly caring and passion abiut there work have not found the place dirty !
This is by far the best health club in the city. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have classes that will meet anyone's needs and skill level. I enjoy the people and love the yoga classes!
Great place for all your excercizing needs. Good for all age groups.
