Absolutely the best location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the ocean is across the street. We bought our unit in 2015. The Condo NEW management is doing a great job keeping the HOA fee as low as possible and keeping all repairs IN CHECK .If you are a nice person, you will have no problem. Every condo in Florida has its own set of rules. Its decent, nothing over the board. What a terrible set up during construction. You come in to drop something off to somebody there’s no loading zone no 15 minute parking. Then when you wanna leave, you’re trapped in the garage there’s no signage whatsoever of it to exit the place so then you’re forced to leave going the wrong way. Very poorly managed. I give you an F for failure.
Poorly maintained building, but that's not the worst of it. They have very rude and abusive staff. The person who manages the administration office is one of the most rude and bold people I have ever met in my life, she even dares to write inappropriate language in documents that circulate in legal environments. They are totally unpunished for everything and think they own the building. I have felt a lot of discrimination and I think it was probably because I am Latino.
