I had my windshield replaced. The owner was rude, everytime someone he knew came in he would focus on them. They never told me my truck was ready?? I sat there patiently waiting. Took them 3 1/2 hours?? I finally decided to leave then he tells me "oh your truck has been ready"??? I'm like for how long?! I have things to do..
I recently purchased some rims and tires talk to the lady in the front which was the bad idea cuz she can talk big but she has no clue of what she's talking about. So I believed her and I purchased which I shouldn't done.. so I end up purchasing and at the end was disappointed no refund no nothing so fuck Gallup custom Tinting..

Do not recommend this place it is very unprofessional and the wait time is ridiculous.
Had an appointment @ 10am and before me was an 8am and a 9am appointments i got there at 930am there was a sign outside said close till 10am for cleaning wtf so I got pushed down the line and all I needed was driver side window redone because it was warrantied talking and pleading didn't get me nowhere no discounts no free water no air condition in the waiting room very fine dust floating around the building very bad secretaries unprofessional workspace cluttered with trash all I heard was people getting cheated like oh its ... read more
The worse place to get your widow's tinted and bad Customer service! Brought in a vehicle for tinting and it wasn't even started until 2 hours after our appointment. Had to stay past closing time and tinting wasn't good either. Had to wait four and half hours just for one window...Don't understand why appointments are even made. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
