Pizza showed up cold and burnt....after waiting close to 90 minutes for delivery....

What happened? We've been buying pizza at Gallucci's for 15 years. It's always been great in the past but we went there last night and it was terrible. Not just substandard, but really bad. Ordered 1/2 Gallucci's Deluxe & 1/2 Italian sausage. We received a pizza which was less than 1/3 deluxe and the rest was covered with plain ground beef! The crust was a mess. Uneven thickness some parts doughy and others nearly burnt cause they were so thin. Never again! Gallucci's was once great but now it's crap!
Pizza,chicken and jojos are great, but I will not be returning until you offer free refills for drinks and will not recommend to others who visit from out of town. Never been to a restaurant that does not offer free refills and charges full price to refill drinks, hope this changes soon.
I love Gallucci's. Visit at least twice every time I take a trip to LC from my home in Spokane WA.
Love gallucci's pizza, been known to travel a 100 miles just to have some delicious pizza and jojo's.
