Very clean store inside, My only two issues I Experienced is that they take forever to help you, a simple uniform pick up can take 20-30 minutes, store was literally empty when I arrived and also waiting are only seats 6 people, I feel they need a faster customer service for more successful customer experience, I know for a fact that no one enjoys to wait, a simply in and out and this would of been a much better review.. staff is friendly but the amount of waiting time it’s just not working out in my opinion.
Literally everything in the store is a Chinese knockoff of an American product, or just tofu dregs. After forty minutes in the store I could not find ONE American made product. Not one boot, BDU, belt, knife, nothing. The biggest problem with this is, you are paying top dollar for knockoff garbage. IMHO, you are better off shopping on eBay or Amazon. I'm glad I didn't buy anything here.
Karen was beyond amazing! She was not only polite but very nice and also pleasant. If you go here ask for her :)
The location is in a good area for Los Angeles patrons. Good initial customer service however staff able to say a shirt is not cleaned for updated customization when it has been dry cleaned is alarming and an inconvenience for a consumer.
