A passionIn the late 1920s Edward Gallrein Sr. started a dairy farm business in Jefferson County Ky. He started with only about 17 head and over many years it grew to over 400. His son William Gallrein Sr. continued the family tradition of dairy farming and in 1972 purchased a farm in Shelby County. The dairy business had grown to the point of milking cows around the clock! Amazing time Hay Ride is the Best!!!
We’ve got a family tradition every year to visit this farm. We switched from Huber’s years ago because it’s better for the kids and grandkids. Our church chose this farm for a safe church event for the families too.
I used to come here all the time as a kid! I just brought my fiancé here for the pumpkins, corn maze, & petting zoo to show him my favorite farm as a kid. Did not disappoint and it’s my first time being back in YEARS!
Loved it. Great family fun and budget friendly.
The granddaughters had a blast. We will be coming back. I recommend everything Gallerin Farms offer.
