Wow... Galloway Grille was just what we were looking for a hometown quint restaurant. From the atmosphere, decor, drinks, service & great food!!! Nick was our wonderful server. Loved, Very, Very Nice!!!
After being seated, we waited 15 minutes for a server to come take our drink order, being passed by servers several times while they took orders around us but failed to come to our table. I had to signal a server as he was once again walking away from our dining area. Once he finally came over, he said there was "a mixup" and didn't really apologize for the wait. if I could rate my experience tonight a zero, I certainly would. I have gone to Galloway before, and other than occasionally slow service, I've generally had great experiences. But after tonight, I can say that Galloway Grille will not be receiving any service from me (or anyone who asks my opinion) beyond the bar. Unacceptable wait time. Had families eat and leave by the time us 3 got our food. You have unfortunately lost 3 customers.
Good food and reasonable prices but slooooooow service. Plan on waiting a long time.
Wish I could could give them no stars. Waited over an hour for a table of 10 for breakfast! Di not come here!
Well if the waitress would have came to our table at least once it'd be ok. Been sitting here for a half an hour and had to walk up to the bar to get our drinks. Edit: service was great after the poor review. Thank you!!!
We've been sitting here 20 minutes now, right next to the bar. Had to get our own drink orders because the waitress hasn't spoke to us since we've been seated. Edit: bumped up to three stars because after reading the review we were offered a round of drinks! Thank you for making it right!
