this will be the last year I take my family to this place..tried to get my sons script with his measurements on it and they refuse to give me his measurements unless I pay 40 dollars ..I'm not paying 40 dollars when everywhere else doesnt charge me..so from now on we will go back to rinkov not only that but the staff is rude
Never will go here again, lady told me I only owed $18 when I picked up my contacts and that's exactly what the bags says $18. Then come to find out somehow I still owed 60 for the fitting never was this mentioned the first day when I was making my payment! Seems to me they are adding charges after you leave or maybe a few of them need retrained
ToNy is very rude and disrespectful. He needs to learn to do his job and to not argue with customers because they know what they are talking about. He looked up my maiden name info instead of my married info and implied I told him my maiden name when he never asked me who I was he clearly either looked at the caller ID or the receptionist told him and he continued to go back and forth calling me a liar 🤥 NEVER AGAIN
Always amazing and timely care. The docs are fabulous and the employees are top notch. Love their guarantee on frames!! My son broke his glasses multiple times during his guarantee, and they were always fixed without the slightest hassle. Good luck getting that kind of service at Walmart!
