Yikes... we had our water heater installed by this company and because of faulty wiring on the installation, it blew a fuse. It almost destroyed the entire unit and since it happened on a weekend we had to call a ‘licensed’ electrician to do an emergency fix for $500. In addition, the pipes were not installed correctly which would have led to contaminated water in my home had an actual professional not notified me.
