Yikes... we had our water heater installed by this company and because of faulty wiring on the installation, it blew a fuse. It almost destroyed the entire unit and since it happened on a weekend we had to call a ‘licensed’ electrician to do an emergency fix for $500. In addition, the pipes were not installed correctly which would have led to contaminated water in my home had an actual professional not notified me. I recently had an emergency with a leak. I called around and all the local plumbers were busy, or not answering the phone. The lady I spoke with told me that they were booked full, but she would do her best and call after speaking to her plumber to let me know if they were able to help. She called back within 30 minutes and was able to send someone right away. It ended up being my water heater. The service man she sent was very personable, professional and quick. I have recomended this company to family and friends.

I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance because all the plumbers in the area were very busy and booked up. The day the plumber from this company was to arrive, I called in to see approximately what time he would be here. The woman informed me he "didn't show up" for work that day and probably wouldn't show up the next day, and that "maybe" he would be in next week.
