Very poor experience at Easter buffet. Reservation lost with lukewarm food and overcharged!! Unfortunately in laws telling all the family and friends about poor experience! Thanks Gallo’s 🙄
My 2 friends & I ate there on Thursday afternoon & everything was wonderful ! Our waitress was fantastic, the food was excellent ! I had Tortellini Alfredo, but ordered Shrimp with it, instead of Chicken. It was excellent & had my leftovers today-Friday-for lunch. We also had as an appetizer of Brushetta----soooooooo good !!!! Will be back soon !!!!

Worst service I have ever had and extremely rude staff
A group of us came in for the all you can eat wings & pizza buffet. After sitting for over a half hour we never got drinks or checked on. When we complained to the manager nothing was done at first. Then the waitress came over with our checks & argued with us saying she brought us drinks when she didn’t. We talked to the manager again & all he did for us was take off the drinks that we didn’t get. We were not satisfied with the service at all & will not be returning again.
My wife and I tried Gallo’s for the first time on Saturday night. Our meals were great, the service was pleasant and prompt, and the prices were very reasonable. You definitely won’t go home hungry, and the fresh made bread is fabulous! We will definitely be returning soon!
