We went there for mothers day not knowing it was going to be a "buffet". I say "buffet" because Ive never seen a buffet with only 7 or 8 food options for $24. We never saw a waitress, except to take the money. We had to get our own drinks out of pitchers that were warm and flat. All the food was ice cold and they had no way of re heating it. The place was empty...it took an hour and half to get SOME of our meals. Sent my steak back twice as it was red...then pink...when I asked for well done. Food was horrible and service was even worse. We asked for a kids menu three times before we got it. Never received the extra sauce and dressing we asked for. We recently had our wedding reception in the banquet hall at Gallo's! Everything turned out perfectly! Phil was so accommodating to all our requests. We got the chicken piccata, roast beef, and Alfredo with bowties for our dinner... delicious! Definitely recommend having your mid-sized receptions here. We had around 170 people.. was just the right size!
food is good although I can say today was not the best I've had there it was good but not as good as usual

Amazing food. Old school Italian. If anything the Midwestern states is done correctly, it is Italian...and it is RIGHT here! Owner comes out all Rocky like to shake your husband's hand and make you feel like the lesser sex you are. 🤣 Love it!!! Nom.
