Fantastic experience with the doctor and staff over the last year and a half. Quick, efficient and punctual at EVERY appointment. All questions and concerns were always tended to quickly and on the spot. AMAZING customer service from the girls at the front desk. This is such an amazing place if you REALLY want change. Before I started coming here, my teeth were all over the place. I just got my braces off today and they are PERFECT. The staff is so nice and understanding all the time. If you ever have an emergency where a bracket is loose or there’s a problem with your wire, they don’t hesitate to help. I recommend this place 100%!!
Mi hijo terminó su tratamiento de Ortodoncia con el Dr Gallo y su equipo y no podemos estar más contentos con el resultado, excelente profesional pero me gustaría destacar que en esta clínica todo el personal es de excelencia. Couldn’t have expected a better experience. A real A+! 2 years for my daughter to get her teeth straightened and perfected and I truly don’t have one complaint. You never see or hear clients complaining anywhere in the office- which is very rare in Miami. Super friendly and professional front desk!
