THEY FOUND ME AN AMAZING APARTMENT IN THE NORTH END WITH ALL THE FEATURES I ASKED AND IT WAS BELOW MY PRICE RANGE! OTHER REALTY OFFICES TRIED TO UPSELL BY SHOWING ME ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL UNITS THAT GOT ME VERY EXCITED AND THEN INFORMED ME HOW EXPENSIVE THEY WERE. This office has terrible service and does not act honestly or professionally. Phone calls and emails are ignored. Paying tenants should not be treated like that. They make it impossible to get help and constantly lose rent checks. They do not provide receipts of payments made. They let realtors show your apartment without asking you first and don't even keep track of who has been in your home! This broker has even had his license suspended.
