I was very disappointed with my experience with Connor. Sessions felt unproductive and lacked real value. Most of the time, he simply listened and repeated generic advice like “set boundaries” without offering meaningful guidance or practical tools. This is now the second time he has pushed for every other week appointments, even after I explained my preferences. Conor was a decent therapist. Often though we didn't talk about treatments, just someone listening to my life, which I know my life and I was hoping that he could help me move forward. 🚩I did miss a couple appts but he wasn't angry. On my last telehealth call he notified me for the FIRST time that he had been charging me for what my insurance didn't cover.🚩If you have medicaid then you know there's ton of hoops to jump through. Dr. Gallo enabled me to understand myself without judgement at a time when I was spiral downhill pretty fast. I am forever grateful for the help he gave me
Repetitvely cancelled appointments with me on the last minute (3 times). My evaluation appointment, after my 400 questionnaire, went from 3 days later to 3 months later. If there are others on your insurance, choose them over Dr. Bennet. I never got to see her face, even during my first appointment when taking my questionnaire because "she was out." She is never in.
